“Sunny Bunny” Vegetable Salad


Prepared with organically grown veggies, fresh herbs and free range chicken eggs from our Sun Berry Orchard Farm.


  • 0.5 lb fresh cucumbers: 2 pc
  • 0.5 lb fresh tomatoes: 1 large or 2 small pc 
  • chopped fresh herbs: dill and parsley
  • 1 free range chicken egg
  • 3 tbsp extra-vergin olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • salt, spices and pepper


Peel off the cucumber skin. Using sharp knife, slice the fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. Chop the fresh herbs. Add the lemon juice, fresh herbs, extra-vergin olive oil and seson to taste with salt and spices of your choice. Stir constantly until salt has dissolved. Add the medium cooked egg sliced on a half with mayonnaise on the top of egg aranging them in “bunny ears”. Enjoy the healthiest and freshest meal from our family to your.
