Our Story
At Sun Berry Orchard, we are a family of farmers with roots in Ukraine, but have been proudly serving the local communities of Chicago for years. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest and most delicious organic produce, grown locally on our farm.
In 2018, we established our first orchard in Mundelein, IL and have since grown to meet the needs of multiple communities around the area. Our farm is known for its specialty in apple farming, where we have successfully grown over 150 varieties of apples on four different orchards, including Sour Cherries and Plums in many varieties such as "Bubblegum, Castleton" and "Grant Prize".
We take pride in our commitment to the well-being of our animals, who are allowed to live in the most comfortable environment where they can roam freely, enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, and live like they want. Our chickens, for example, are able to swim in pools and walk around outdoors, while our pigs live with plenty of open space, grass, sunshine, forest to roam, freshwater, and freedom. This results in the freshest and tastiest produce and highest quality fresh and smoked meat products.
We are confident that our produce is 100% Non-GMO, with no antibiotics and no additives, making it the healthiest option for you and your family.
