Pick your strawberries carefully - as strawberries are ready to be picked once they're completely red and not when they appear orange or green. The size of a strawberry does not affect its ripening ability. To pick berries, use your index finger and thumb to grasp the stem then gently pull. Ideally there will be some of the stem still intact. The best time to pick berries is in the morning when they are cool and fresh! A berry of ours that grows wild in different regions. This fruit is very important to the cultivation process. It's small and conical, with a velvety skin that can either be red or yellowish in color. The pulp in inside is very aromatic and has a sweet and sour flavor It can be eaten raw or used to make jams, jellies, and drinks. It can also be found frozen.

Picking & Storing Raspberries
When picking raspberries, use your hands to separate the leaves and look for ripe berries that are dark red. Gently pick them with your fingers and thumb and make sure they're plump & firm. Avoid ones that feel wispy or have yellowing on the skin. Do not pick raspberries which have not fully ripened. Unlike some fruit, raspberries do not continue to ripen after they are picked. A fully ripe raspberry will gently fall into your hand when you pull on it slightly, without effort. Raspberries are very fragile so carefully place them in your basket. You’ll want to cool them as soon as possible after picking them.

Apples are a very healthy fruit due to the fact that it contains a lot of carbs, fiber, vitamins, and potassium. Eating an apple every day can keep you healthy and happy! As the saying says, ¨An apple a day, keep the doctor away¨

Picking & Storing Apples
Choose apples that are free of bruises, fragrant, firm to the touch, and free of bruises, and then just pull and twist. When storing apples, keep in mind that apples ripen 6 to 10 times faster at room temperature than when refrigerated, so store them in the crisper drawer if you’re not going to eat them within a day or two of picking.
